  1. Returns must be logged via email: In order to initiate a return, please send us an email at info@threadzart.co.za. Make sure to include your order number and provide details regarding the item you wish to return.
  2. Return request timeframe: Please log your return within 7 days of receiving your order. Any requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a return.
  3. Eligibility for returns: We accept returns for items that are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels intact. Please ensure that the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
  5. Refunds and exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Exchanges will be subject to availability. If the item you requested for exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
  6. Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue before processing your return.
